Taylor Stockton, P.E., Owner

Taylor worked in various engineering roles during 9 years with Puraltycis and then acquired Puralytics assets in 2024 to form Puralytics LLC. Taylor’s focus with Puralytics LLC is facilitating more applications of the materials and technology he helped develop as a senior product development engineer and then director of engineering at Puralytics. Prior to joining Puralytics in 2015, Taylor worked for 8 years as a civil/mechanical engineer for the international consulting firm Black & Veatch providing project coordination and design work on municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. Taylor brings practicality to projects due to 3 years of experience in construction management and manufacturing engineering. He holds a MS in Environmental Engineering and Science from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon Institute of Technology. He is a licensed professional civil engineer in the state of Oregon and also works as a project manager at the water/wastewater consulting firm, RH2 Engineering, Inc.



Mark Owen, Advisor and Founder

Mark currently serves as an advisor to Puralytics LLC. Mark founded and then led Puralytics starting in 2008. Prior to founding Puralytics, Mr. Owen was the founder and CEO of Phoseon Technology, the world leader in UV LED photo-curing systems to the inks, coatings, and adhesives industry, growing the company to market leadership and remaining involved as a Director for 11 years. Mark has also held business development, marketing, and engineering management roles at Agilent Technologies, Electro Scientific Industries, and Tektronix.  He has over 50 patents issued or pending, has published over 50 technical articles, and more than $1B in revenues have been derived from products involving his patents. Mr. Owen holds a Masters in Advanced Manufacturing Technology from the University of Limerick, Ireland and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from Oregon State University. Mark was elected as a Pivotal Leader in the NW Cleantech community in 2012, and inducted to the OSU Engineering Hall of Fame in 2015.
